Cirrus gets involved with the planning, design and capital improvements at each of the properties it manages. From the tiny La Capri mixed-use property in the up and coming Kaimuki district of Oahu, to the 475-unit Meridian Pointe (located across the street from California State University at Northridge), which recently completed an $8 million renovation.

Current projects include the astonishing transition of ‘ugly duckling’ Royal Sherman Apartments into The Marquee Apartments. Also recently completed is the acclaimed Hotel Renew, remodeled in cooperation with the world recognized designer Jiun Ho. Hotel Renew is a boutique hotel located one-half block from the beach in beautiful Waikiki, Hawaii.
